How does BTA program work?
At BTA we equip youth and workers with technological and digital literacy as well as the durable skills needed to stay ahead in the changing and on-demand job market. BTA Academy is the flagship program that forms the foundation of all our work. It is broken out into four programs tailored to suit the needs of different age groups and communities. Each group aims to support the successful transition of kids returning to school and those advancing to primary or secondary school, university, and on to employment.
